HOW TO USE
For the Lips- Start application at the outer corners of the lips to prevent color concentration in the middle. Dab once onto the middle of the lips and massage the lips together. Apply lip color for extra color punch.
For the Cheeks- Massage into skin with a sponge or the hands but wash hands right after application.
